Top notch service! From the very start, these guys were super helpful and responded quickly. On the day of my events (3 hours before my event was to start), another vendor called me cancelled, completely leaving me in the lurch. They were veryaccommodating to our needs and friendly.We have a very small access to our backyard and on their website it states they need X amount of space to allow for the castle to get through but I contacted PBCH and asked if they were able to help in some way to get the castle through and they said yes! They were able to fold the castle smaller at their warehouse so the castle could fit and our girl was able to have an awesome birthday.Communication was great, any questions or worries I had they were able to answer and help.Set up and pack up was quick and awesome, explained everything I needed to know.10/10 definitely recommend! We booked the Gladiator and Sumo Package (plus slushie and popcorn machines) for our daughter's 13th birthday party at 10am.
The items were delivered at 7.30am and everything was ready well before the party start time - our little one even managed to get a play on her own before the crazy 13/14 year olds came.
Equipment was clean and most importantly, the popcorn machine was very clean (we previously hired popcorn machine from elsewhere and it had salt bits here and there, not with these guys!).
The staff (from office to delivery) was very professional, helpful and always ready to answer any of our queries.
Will definitely go back to these guys for our outdoor parties in the future.

We added staff supervision to our booking. The worker had to arrive prior to the booking time to set up and once that was done, instead of just sitting around waiting (which would have been perfectly acceptable), he offered to help us with anything we needed before the event attendees arrived.
