Perth Bouncy Castle Hire Referral Program – Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 21-02-2025

By participating in the Perth Bouncy Castle Hire (PBCH) Referral Program, you agree to the following terms and conditions. PBCH reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time.

Eligibility

  1. The referral program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old.
  2. Only new customers who have never booked with PBCH before are eligible to be referred.
  3. Employees of PBCH and their immediate family members are not eligible for participation.

Referral Process

  1. Referrals must be submitted via the official referral form provided by PBCH.
  2. The referred customer must complete a minimum booking of $400.
  3. The referred event must be successfully completed and paid in full before the referrer receives the reward.

Referral Rewards

  1. A successful referral will earn the referrer $50, paid via bank transfer.
  2. There is no limit to how many referrals a person can make.
  3. Rewards will be processed within 30 days after the referred event has been completed.

Restrictions & Preventing Misuse

To ensure fairness and prevent abuse, the following rules apply:

  1. No Self-Referrals – You cannot refer yourself.
  2. No Reciprocal Referrals – Two people cannot refer each other to claim multiple rewards.
  3. One Reward Per New Customer – A new customer can only be referred once.
  4. Genuine Bookings Only – If the referred event is canceled, refunded, or deemed fraudulent, no reward will be given.
  5. Existing Clients – If a referred customer is an existing PBCH client, PBCH reserves the right to deny the referral reward.
  6. Frequent Referrals – If more than five referrals are submitted within a short timeframe, they may be subject to review.
  7. PBCH reserves the right to audit or decline rewards if abuse is suspected.

Program Changes & Termination

PBCH reserves the right to:

  1. Modify or terminate this referral program at any time without prior notice.
  2. Deny or revoke referral payments if terms are violated.
  3. Review referral submissions to ensure compliance with the program.

General Terms

  1. The referrer is responsible for ensuring their banking details are correctly provided for payment processing.
  2. PBCH is not responsible for any delays in payment due to incorrect banking details provided by the referrer.
  3. Participation in the referral program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  4. Any disputes regarding the program will be handled at the discretion of PBCH.
